Her journey into counseling is deeply personal. She has faced challenges in her own life—including experiences of abuse, losing my spouse to addiction, and raising three children as a single mom with the help of a supportive village. For many years, Elizabeth set aside her lifelong dream of becoming a counselor to focus on her family while working full time.

After major life changes, Elizabeth returned to school, earned her master’s degree in counseling, and embraced her calling to support others in their healing journeys. These experiences shaped not only her compassion but also her belief in the power of resilience, hope, and human connection.

Every session Elizabeth offers is guided by care, respect, and a commitment to helping clients navigate challenges while discovering their own strength and purpose.

What problem do you strive to overcome?

Problem:

Clients taking the first step towards healing can get overwhelmed by the process of therapy. They often do not know where to begin their story, what they should share with their counselor and if the counselor will hear them.

Solution:

Incorporating an integrative approach, I address the mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of the client sitting in front of me. This style allows me to meet the person right where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs.

Result:

My goal is to create a safe environment for the client where they feel respected, cared for and valued as a person. In this warm environment, the therapeutic relationship grows, enabling the client to comfortably move forward.
