What problem do youstrive to overcome?
Problem:
There are times where clients may feel unheard, unsafe, overwhelmed, or disempowered in their daily life. With life having many challenges and frequent changes, it can be difficult to process these hardships.
Solution:
I utilize an eclectic approach for therapy. I can accommodate and adjust my therapeutic approach to meet your needs and get you to your therapeutic goals.
Result:
I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, empower themselves, and express themselves authentically through both conversation and creative approaches.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”
